Focus: Reducing inflammation, maintaining joint range of motion, and pacing energy levels to avoid “flares.”

Early-Stage Memory Care Schedule

Focus: Routine, cognitive “cross-training,” and sensory engagement to support neuroplasticity.

Diabetes Management Schedule (Type 2)

Focus: Blood glucose stability, insulin sensitivity, and foot health.

Hypertension (High Blood Pressure) Schedule

Focus: Sodium reduction (DASH diet), arterial flexibility, and nervous system calming.
