The brain is uniquely plastic: through “neuroplasticity”, your brain is constantly physically rewiring itself based on your habits, your environment, and how you use it.
Nurture it with sleep, learning, movement, and good nutrition, and it becomes sharper and more resilient. Neglect it, and every other area of life quietly deteriorates. Everything you value, your goals, your relationships, your experiences, is ultimately filtered through your brain.
The brain is the most important part of your mental and physical life, so the understanding and nurturing of it should be your top priority over everything else.
